The townhouse is walking distance to the Catholic Church, library, white elephant (thrift store) Walgreens, Green Valley Mall which hosts an open air market every Wednesday that is a must see!
There are so many things to do in and around this area... convenient for trips to historic Tombstone, three nearby Indian casinos, Tubac Art Community, Patagonia Lake, Sonoita Vineyards and Santa Cruz Winery, Pima Air Museum, Titan Missile Museum Whipple observatories, Arizona Desert Museum, San Xavier and Tumacacori Missions, Bisbee, Madera Canyon, a renowned spot for bird watching, hiking and great for a day trip. AZ Diamondbacks (Phoenix) and Colorado Rockies (Tucson) Spring Training games. Kartchner Caverns under ground caves that have been found and opened up in the last few years. Not to overlook all the cultural offerings of Tucson, this area just goes on and on. The University of Arizona in Tucson has a wonderful performing arts department.
