Fully renovated in 2009 with attention to detail. We believe that while someone is in this home they will fully feel the peace and beauty of the surroundings and be blessed by their visit. The outside is beautifully lit most evenings with colorful landscaping all around. The front patio is furnished with a fountain that adds to the outdoor experience. This house is over 100 feet from the front house and is separated in everyway. Fully private.
Under roof is 1000 square feet with a large front patio. The house is very spacious with room to stretch out and enjoy. The family room has plenty of seating with a shared dining table near the kitchen dividing wall. It really is difficult to explain how cozy this house is but you will not be disappointed.
The ramada/pool area is very unique with a portion of the pool shaded under the ramada allowing for swimming without being in the sun. Additionally, the ramada is equiped with an outdoor kitchen, gas grill and bathroom. Renters will have full access to all features of the pool area. The pool is not heated.
