This home is age restricted 55 plus. Please note, You may be able to override my wishes and instant book because the website did not allow me to turn it off. Please do not instant book without contacting me first. You need to check with me regarding availability. I am looking for at least a 2 month booking for 2020. 1 month bookings are a possibility for 2019. Contact me first. Also, if you book and then later decide to change the booking, there may be no refund if I am unable to rebook. Make sure of your dates as I do not refund for date changes or cancellations. I will give you different dates if they are available, and refunds are only given if I can rebook the property for the dates booked.
This home is meticulously maintained. It is completely furnished with everything necessary to be "AT HOME". There is a 55 inch tv with Roku in the Master Bedroom and the Family Room. The Family Room is equipped with Cable if wanted and the Master Bedroom has air tv and Roku. You have access to Acorn, Netflix Amazon Pluto etc.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 night stands, two dressers, The closet is a large walkin. There are double sinks in the dressing area and a large closet for linens. The shower and toilet are in a separate room.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands two dressers and closet and a 42 inch tv.
The living room has an area rug and sofa, tables and lamps, two chairs and a leather footstool.The adjoining dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs for cards or games in the dining area, as well as an etagere and a serving side table
The family room just off the kitchen has 2 leather recliner chairs and a large tv Off of the kitchen there is a breakfast table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a kuerig coffee maker, There are pots and pans, serving dishes, dinnerware, silverware, baking supplies and everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt and pepper etc. There will be other kitchen incidentals as left by previous guests that are available for use. The dishwasher and wall oven are both new in the past 2 years. There are two sliding doors to the back patio. There is a screened in patio with a screen door to a shaded arbor cover where there is a table and chairs. There are 4 fruit trees in the back. There is an orange tree, a lemon tree, a grapefruit tree and a minneola. There is a two car garage and a large laundry room which could be turned into a third bedroom if you add a blow up bed. The shower is a walk-in in the master. The main bath has a bathtub with shower doors as well as linen storage in the hall. There is a coat closet in the hall way as well. The kitchen has lots of drawer space, a wall oven and a flat surface cook top. There are linens in the home including towels, sheets and blankets. There is a tv and there is a dvd player. There is cable tv and internet. If you should need a printer available, there is one in the house that can be set up and used. It is listed as sleeping 4 but there is room for air beds. The laundry room can be turned into an additional bedroom for privacy with a blow up bed for temporary guests. There are at least 2 blow up beds on site. If you should have temporary visitors you could probalbly accomodate up to 6 or 7 extra family members for the weekend.
There is a vacuum and a wet mop vacuum as well as a shark robot vacuum and a mop robot, as well as cleaning tools also. There are games, cards, and books and dvds available as well as an alexa which can be disabled simply by unplugging.
There is a gas barbeque for the back porch as well.
The garage will accept at least one car and if you are renting a golf cart, that would fit also.
We have a refrigerated bottled water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water. There is water available and refills are about 1.50 for a 5 gallon bottle.
This home would hold several people on a temporary basis if you have visiting family. This home is only available for rent for 2 months or more during high season. Contact me for off season availability.
