In the garage are two bicycles (and helmets) that are yours to use during your stay. Lots of wide sidewalks in this quiet neighborhood. Walk to nearby grocery stores if you wish. Great outlet shopping in Chandler and Casa Grande, both about 20 min away. Ak-Chin Casino is 10 minutes South. Within driving distance to baseball Spring Training camps. Just across the street and 5 minutes is the Duke golf course. Best of all, it is a 30 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the town of Maricopa. Maricopa is interesting in that it is just far enough away from the concrete and sprawl of Phoenix to have the feel of a small town and just close enough to go to Phoenix (1/2 hour) for anything you want to do there. Maricopa has the feel of a new town. It was mainly agricultural until the boom times of the 2000's when the town underwent a growth spurt. Everything was built new and the older part of the town disappeared. From our subdivision, you can actually walk out into the desert.
