We first started looking for a beach home, after a trip to St. Martin. We looked up the gulf side of FL and when we first visited Gulf Shores, we were sold, and bought a condo in 1988. After we retired, we started spending 7 months in Gulf Shores, and I hated to return to our home in Northern Illinois. After my husband passed, I bought a home in Foley, and moved here permanently, and have loved every minute. I have been handling my own rentals since 1990, so I enjoy making the entire rental process, from booking to checking in, as simple as possible so my guests can just relax and enjoy their time at the beach. The great majority of rentals at my other 2 condos are repeats or referrals and I hope to establish the same kind of rapport with my guests at Seacrest. Sunchase16569 &906966
Why Pam chose Gulf Shores
We purchased our first condo in 1988, and evidently loved the area and the rental process, as over the years we purchased 3 more condos in the same complex-Sunchase at 1129 W.Beach. I just sold 2 of the condos to purchase this larger condo at Seacrest, with 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies and elevators. The weather is mostly fantastic, the white sand and proximity to the gulf can't be matched, and just sitting and looking at the water brings peace to my soul. The entire area is laid back, so friendly and convenient to everything.
What makes this Condo unique
I loved the private balconies [my other condos have shared balconies] the fact that there were 2 bathrooms and an elevator-neither myself or my dogs are getting any younger-and the entire vibe of Seacrest is so relaxed and friendly. I enjoy just sitting on either balcony, reading and just watching the water and activity on the beach or lagoon.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
