Renters that break our house rules of no smoking or more guests or pets than agreed upon may be evicted by the police.
We have security cameras at the entrances to prevent theft as well as check for a breach in rental agreements.
For pets: Dispose of pet feces. If pet jumps on the beds, cover the bed with an extra sheet. Pet may not be left alone unless outside or in a crate

About Abraham, Sonja, and Zach
Sonja and Abraham own the property and know the Moab area well. Sonja grew up in nearby Grand Junction and Abraham is an east-coast convert from Massachusetts.
Why Abraham, Sonja, and Zach chose Moab
My wife and I are from Salt Lake City though we spend time in and around Moab exploring the canyons, riding the mountain bike trails, hiking and skiing the La Sals, rafting the Colorado, and rock climbing. We purchased the Cottonwood unit as a convenient place to spend time with friends and family and use as a base for our adventures.
What makes this Condo unique
The feature I like most about the townhouse is the downtown location. It is a short bike ride to the grocery store, many popular trails and businesses from the condo. It has a spacious living and dinning area with tile floors. Also, the private fenced back yard is shaded by cottonwood trees and makes for a great place to hold BBQs and children to play.
