About Catrin and Jonathan Zambella
Catrin and Jonathan Zambella have lived in Springdale, UT, at the footsteps of Zion National Park since 1996. With their son Massimo, they host your visits to Zion and the grandeur of Southern Utah. Catrin, originally from Switzerland, inspired the Zen-like feel of Nama-Stay and spends her time home schooling Massimo, studying natural healing practices, and exploring the summits of Zion National Park. Since 1996, Jonathan offers custom, exclusive canyoneering, climbing, hiking and deluxe tours as Zion Guru and NamaGuides. Massimo helps us maintain our child-like spirit of investigation and recreation, and charms visitors into playful respites. We live humbly in a loft-style apartment on the Nama-Stay property and look forward to serving you the best Zion has to offer.

Why Catrin and Jonathan Zambella chose Springdale
In the late 80's Mark Austin and the former owners design and built the house that is now Nama-Stay on a remote lot surrounded by forest and horse pastures. Though Springdale has grown a great deal since that time, Nama-Stay maintains its quaint nature of a ranch house and privacy of an off street home. Nama-Stay was built aligned north-south, with great summer shade and winter sun, with gasping views and privacy all the same.
What makes this House unique
Hardwood red oak, cherry, and bamboo floors throughout. Open layout with vaulted ceilings, eight-foot picture windows, and room for Yoga, Qigong, meditation, executive meetings, and specialty groups. Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- You are representative for the entire group. It is your responsible to help all members of your group adhere to this agreement. Maximum occupancy of Nama-Stay is 8 persons. Your approved group size as stipulated below. You confirm that you have reviewed the accommodations and bed availability and agree such meets the standards for your visit. Other accommodations requiring more overnight guests than approved above must be re-approved by Nama-Stay management. There is an additional charge of $50/person for every person checking in above the number stipulated below. Maximum 4 cars are permitted to be parked at any one time on the Nama-Stay Property. This agreement does not permit special events such as weddings and parDes to be held at Nama- Stay in conjunction with your stay. Additional charges apply for any events, please inquire. 1. No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping in or around the house, or anywhere on the property. 2. No shoes in the home. Please protect the hardwood floors with socks or bare feet. 3. No pets. 4. Nama-Stay includes the main home on the 111 Juniper property only. The other two units, known as the DoJo (little cabin in the woods) and Workshop (two-story red building to the west) are privately owned and occupied by the property owners; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Nama-Stay is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. No use of the fireplace. Though aesthetic in nature, the fireplace design at Nama-Stay is not very efficient and tends to billow smoke into the house creating soot residue and therefore its use is prohibited. 6. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 7. Guests shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. 8. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. 9. Guests agree to leave the house as they found it with clean surfaces and dishes, dishwasher emptid, refrigerator clean, furniture as was originally set, gas grill tank refilled as necessary, and all recycling and garbage placed in designated outdoor containers. Fines apply for excess cleaning. 10. Scratching of floors, broken/missing dishes, utensils, missing towels, etc. will be noted and billed as damages against your security deposit or renter insurance. Our damage rate sheet can be reviewed upon request.
Gorgeous house in perfect location
This was a beautiful house with stunning views. You can tell immense care was taken to decorate so that it felt comfortable, calm and clutter free. My kids loved the piano. The location was great and easy to access restaurants and the shuttle. Good size for 2 small families or larger family. Also would be perfect for a girls weekend ! It’s on our list to return. Highly recommended.
Ideal property and location
Seven of us set out on a road trip through Utah and Arizona. We were so fortunate to have rented this property. It is ideally located for shopping, grabbing the bus, restaurants and a block from the grocery store. Evenings outside in the backyard were absolutely beautiful, the kitchen well stocked as we often ate and cooked there, and evenings were quiet and the bedrooms comfortable. Just as advertised and the owners super responsive and fun.
This place couldn’t have been more perfect for our trip! The property is just one short block off the Main Street, shuttle bus stop & grocery store, but it is so peaceful & quiet you feel like you are in the country! The house & view from the back patio & large picture windows is beautiful! I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with all the essential cookware needs you would have in your own home. The owners are delightful people & are available if you need them. Catrin was very helpful & informative with her hiking recommendations! Our stay in Zion was definitely enhanced by staying in this fabulous home!

Never wanted to leave
Namastay fit our family of 5 perfectly! We made coffe every morning and sat outside... packed lunches went all day long on our hikes and adventures came back cooked our dinners and sat out back and ate at the nice large table enjoying the sunsets! The owners are on the property… Not intrusive just helpful.! Practiced yoga while gazing at the beautiful views! We highly recommend Namastay!
We are very close walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. 200 yards/meters from the local supermarket, yet nestled on a quiet private road.
