Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms + 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
About Sue Heytow
My sister and I purchased this condo from the original owner in 1987. Park City has 'THE GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH!' (it even says so on their license plates). Over the years our kids grew up learning to ski and snowboard at the resort (you have got to see the little ones learning to ski the mountain...it is so cute). Now we look forward to seeing our grandchildren on the slopes. We hope you enjoy staying in our cozy and comfortable vacation home!

Excellent! Perfect size for a family vacation for four.
Great townhouse with everything you need for a vacation, and the owner was very responsive.
Great location, responsive host
We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 teens. It is walkable to downtown (10-15 minutes) but definitely not to lifts. The condo was clean, had plenty of towels and all the appliances, including the handy washer/dryer, worked well. The living area was a little cramped with 6 large people and we couldn’t get the fireplace above a blue glow, but overall, a great place.
Hi! We are glad you enjoyed your vacation. Hopefully you were able to get around town on the free bus. Should you want to come to Park City again we always offer returning guests a discount.
P.S. I will take a look at the gas line for the fireplace. Thanks for letting me know about the fire.
Exactly what we were looking for
Property is in a great location, very clean, and owner is super responsive. Went for a ski trip, no need to rent a car. You can easily get to the resort by walking or taking the free shuttle. We found it easy to take the shuttle for a few stops into the town lift and ride up from there. You can also take the shuttle to the main resort, but it's a bit more walking. 10 min walk to the grocery store or 7/11 is a few doors down. It's also nice that there is a keypad on the door so people can get in when they want.
Overall good option for a ski weekend
There were a couple of hiccups the 1st night of our stay, but this property was good overall for a long ski weekend. It's not the fanciest unit, but it's certainly enough if you're looking for a simple place to stay near Park City Mtn. We would consider returning for a stay again.
We arrived late on a Thursday night, after Park City had ~18in of snow in 1 day. Parking lot wasn't plowed, but there was a shovel in the front closet & a salt bucket on the entry deck, so we were able to make a path for us to get into the lot and park. Due to snow, the cleaning service unable to get in the unit before we arrived, but we found extra sheets in the master bdrm, and the property owner swiftly acted the next morning to ensure the cleaning service came. By the time we came back from a day of skiing, the unit was all clean. We really appreciated how quickly Sue helped us get that issue fixed.
Location- the unit is walking distance from the Park City Mountain base. With all of our gear, the walk took about 10 minutes. If you don't want to carry your gear around, there is a bus that runs nearby every 15-30mins that can take you to the base or other nearby mountains (e.g. Deer Valley). It was also walking distance to a convenience store and downtown Park City.
Inside the unit- One couch and one love seat in the small front living room were enough for 5 people to sit together. The breakfast nook is right there too, so you can use the extra stools from that for more seating.
The kitchen was stocked with most things that you'd need to cook all meals; however, many of the cooking utensils, pots and pans seemed very old and worn out. Though this could be an easy fix for the owner - purchasing a utensil set should be ~$20 on amazon.
It was great to have 3 bedrooms - 6 people can fit very comfortably. All of the beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep after a day on the mountain.
2 full bathrooms were nice, too. If you have 5+ people showering the same day, try to spread the timing out. We all wanted to rinse off after skiing, and by the last shower, the water heat was running out.
Washer/dryer in unit allowed us to bring less luggage, which was a huge plus
Ownership- Sue was very responsive during our stay. When we had an issue come up, she was very quick to respond and help out as best she could. She also provided a lot of helpful and organized information before our stay about the unit itself and about activities in Park City.
Small simple place in a convenient location
Awesome place. Convenient location, walking distance to the park city lifts. Stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Super fast communication with the owner. Two free parking spots available. I would totally stay again.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed your stay. If you want to return for another great ski vacation, or if you want to try Park City in the spring, summer, or fall, we gladly offer our returning guests a discount.
Very good and affordable space in crazy expensive park city.
Not luxurious, but very convenient and good space for our family. Fluorescent lights are not my favorite. Kitchen was great. Laundry facility was excellent.
Centrally located near everything! Free city bus (in front of unit) goes virtually everywhere (ski, shop, eat, play)
