  • This second level unit is a spacious 3 bedroom Bella Terra condo that overlooks a vast greenbelt, and off to the left, the beautiful rolling hills of Camelback Country Club golf course. Out of the hundreds of units, only a few face the greenbelt which makes not only for a gorgeous view, it also means much more privacy. Nice private entrance too as you do not share the stairs with other residents. If you are an early riser you can take a stroll out of the greenbelt and head either north or south to hit 2 different golf courses.
  • This condo has been stripped almost to the bare walls and refinished with designer paint, granite countertops, plush carpet, and porcelain tile. It truly is an ideal place to relax and entertain guests after a day of golf and recreation. You and your guests will love the unobstructed views of the Phoenix Mountain preserve from the dining area and living room.

Whether you are here for business or pleasure you will appreciate being just 10 minutes from either the 101 or the 51 freeway. Both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Scottsdale airport are about 15-20 minutes away. Within a 5 minute drive you will find Grocery stores (Albertson's, Trader Joe's, Fry's, Walgreens); Restaurants (Z-Tejas, Big Fat Greek, Nick's Italian (trendy, terrific happy hour). A few extra minutes to Fashion Square or Paradise Valley Mall.

  • We understand plans sometimes change, and we don't want you to be nervous about reserving. We think we have a fair cancellation policy:
  • *30-60 DAY OUT CANCELLATION: 50% refund. However, we will refund 100% of your money if the home is re-rented for same time period.
  • *30-0 DAY OUT CANCELLATION: No refund. Again, we will however refund 100% of your money if the home is re-rented for same time period.
